Sam
Sport Psychology Consultant
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana and a masters degree from the University of San Antonio, Texas. In addition to his academic achievements, he’s an accomplished Long Jumper with a strong track record, boasting national titles from youth to Senior levels and hold two Irish records.
David
Nutritionist
David studied Nutritional Sciences at University College Cork from 2017-2021 before pursuing a Master's in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition from 2021-2023. His thesis was titled "Specific Dietary Practices of Rowers and their Association with Disordered Eating."
As an athlete, David competed for Ireland at the Home International Regatta in Strathclyde, Scotland in 2019 as part of the Senior Men's Sculling team. He has worked with various sports teams and organizations as a performance nutritionist including Cork GAA, Waterford Senior Camogie, and UCC Sport.
Currently, David serves as a high performance coach with Rowing Ireland where he combines his experience in nutrition and fitness to train competitive rowers.
Jenny
S&C Coach
Jenny is a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach with a strong foundation in recreation and leisure management, further enriched by advanced studies in Strength and Conditioning. Her experience spans working with emerging athletes in competitive sports to empowering individuals in a commercial gym setting. Known for her personalized coaching approach, Jenny excels in tailoring training programs to each athlete's unique goals, focusing on enhancing performance, injury prevention, and overall fitness enhancement. She brings passion, expertise, and a commitment to helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their peak potential
Mary
Yoga & Pilates Coach
Mary is a movement coach devoted to helping others build natural, empowered movement patterns. Through attentive inward connection and instinctive movement, Mary guides clients to greater mobility, strength, and an overall sense of embodiment.
Her goal is to assist clients in "listening and learning" from their own bodies in order to move instinctively with purpose and confidence. By rebuilding movement on a foundational level, Mary enables people to live active, empowered lives.
With an emphasis on mind-body awareness and holistic wellbeing, Mary is passionate about movement education that honors the inner wisdom of the body. Her personalized approach empowers clients to embrace their full movement potential.

Mindfulness Coach
Katie is a certified yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, and acupuncturist who completed her 200 hour yoga training in India. She leverages her extensive wellness background to guide clients in mindfulness practices for improved mental and physical health.
